1. Service Description

floorplanner.dk provides AI-powered 3D visualization services that convert 2D floor plans into cinematic video walkthroughs. Our service is provided on a pay-per-use basis with no subscription required.

2. Payment Terms

• One-time payment of €29 per visualization
• Payment processed securely through Stripe
• No refunds after video generation has started
• All prices include applicable taxes

3. File Storage & Retention

Generated videos are stored for 14 days from the date of creation. After this period, files are automatically deleted from our servers. We recommend downloading your video immediately upon completion.

Uploaded floor plans are stored temporarily during processing and deleted within 30 days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Upload only floor plans that you own or have permission to use
• Not upload inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content
• Use generated videos for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our service

5. Privacy Policy

• Email address for payment and delivery
• Payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Uploaded floor plan files
• Generated video files

How We Use Your Data

• To process your payment and deliver your video
• To generate your 3D visualization using AI services
• To send you your completed video download link

Data Sharing

We share your floor plan images with Luma AI for video generation. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded floor plans and generated videos. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a temporary license to process your floor plans for the purpose of generating your video.

7. Disclaimer & Limitations

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for high-quality results, AI-generated content may vary. We are not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in AI-generated visualizations
• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Loss of data after the storage period expires
